Shipping & Returns

We are committed to doing everything to make your experience here one that you will be completely happy with each and every time you visit us. International orders E mail for shipping quotes. Free shipping item are to the continental US only.

Shipping times are in most cases 2 to 3 business days after you have placed an order. You will recieve an E mail and tracking number once your item has shipped. Larger items may take a 3 to 4 business days

What is your Return Policy?

We realize that all sales may not be final.  Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods. To initiate a return you must contact our office at: Robin@TheRobinNest.com by email to have a product authorized for return.  NO RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL BE PROCESSED without prior authorization from our office.

Returns and Damages

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. . Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Unless product is damaged in shipping, then a UPS claim must be filed by TheRobinNest.com. Email us  no later than two days of receiving damaged product. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip an R.M.A (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Items will not be accepted for return after 30 days unless we have given authorization.

 Freight Shipments:

All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE buyer accepts the shipment.   If damage is not discovered or noted and a shipment is accepted and signed for then we cannot be responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.  

Refunds:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. If you feel like a return has taken longer than 2 weeks, please contact us for any questions you may have.. You will be refunded in the same manner of payment of which you paid originally. For example, if the order was placed with a Visa card then it will be refunded to that same Visa credit card.

Closeout items are unable to be returned.

Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned.

If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned. .

If a customer receives defective merchandise, it can only exchange it for a similar product of equal or lesser value.

If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.   If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund, then you will be refunded for the cost of the item only.  Shipping charges will not be refunded on orders for which a replacement is not requested. If you are returning an item for other than damages, shipping is not refundable and customer will pay return shipping costs. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

If a product arrives damaged, please E mail us immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement will be sent out.
